Megan Gourley, PA
Our Gastroenterology Physician Assistant, Megan Gourley, PA, joined West Suburban GI in June 2023. She is often the first person our patients meet as they come in for their initial consultation either in our office in Southborough or at Marlborough Hospital. She came to us from Fairlawn Rehabilitation Hospital in Worcester, where she had been an internal medicine PA for two years. Licensed in both Massachusetts and Connecticut, Megan has also served as a hospital medicine PA for Hartford Hospital.
A cum laude graduate of the University of Massachusetts, Amherst, with a Bachelor of Science degree in nutrition, Megan completed her Master of Science in Physician Assistant Studies at Long Island University in Brooklyn, NY in 2018.
Here is one of her five-star reviews:
“The PA, Megan Gourley, was so respectful, open-minded, and helpful in my visit. In no way did she dismiss my concerns. Even though there’s little known about my condition, she answered my questions as best she was able.”
